In 1995, the City of Upper Arlington Neighborhood Lighting Utility Board (NLU) was established to encourage and expedite installation of residential lights in the City. This section includes a 1998 version of the NLU Master Plan and an informational brochure outlining the Neighborhood Light Petition Process.
