How do I request to be removed from the aggregation program?
Contact IGS 1-800-280-4474. Please note, by contract (for 2007), IGS has the right to impose a $25 early termination penalty if you leave the program prior to the end of a contract period. This will change for the 2008 program.
What is the current Upper Arlington natural gas aggregation group rate?
The 2008 rate is 1.039 per ccf.
What is the current contract term?
The current contract is for the period January 1, 2008 – December 31, 2008.
If I wish to leave the City’s aggregation program will an early termination penalty be imposed?
If a current customer requests to leave the program during a current contract period and before the end of the contract period, IGS has the right to impose and collect a $25 early termination penalty.

I didn’t know about the program but would like to join. May I enroll now? How?
After the official enrollment period, which is 21 days from the receipt of the rate announcement letter, IGS may enroll customers into the program at their discretion. Towards the end of each year they may stop allowing customers to enroll because of the timing logistics involved in transferring accounts and information with the other utility. To enroll or inquire about enrollment, contact IGS 1-800-280-4474.

IGS, located in Dublin, Ohio is a regional natural gas provider for both residential and commercial customers.
