2008 Road ImprovementsThe 2008 construction season is set to be another busy one for road improvements in Upper Arlington, continuing City Council’s commitment to addressing the community’s infrastructure needs.The season’s schedule of Street Maintenance Program projects consists of 14 mill and overlay projects and various reconstruction and water line projects.
