Roll-off Container ProgramClick here to download and view a pdf version of the informational flyer.The City's Solid Waste Division now offers a roll-off container rental program for Upper Arlington residents. Three roll-off containers (20 cubic yards, 22 feet by 7 feet) are available for rental on a first-come first-served basis, for an initial cost of $275.00 payable upon reservation. Reservations may be make in advance. Container rentals may be extended (pending availability) for $100.00 for each additional five-day period. Roll-off containers are delivered during morning hours, Monday-Friday. If the container needs to be emptied during the rental period, please provide 24 hours notice if possible (this service is only available Monday-Friday). Other requirements include: - Trash cannot extend above the sides of the container. - Do not place liquids in the container. - Do not place any hazardous wastes into the container. - Do not place closed drums in the container. - You must obtain prior approval to place asbestos in the container. - Open burning in the container is prohibited. - The customer is responsible for the equipment while it is in his/her possession. - Do not place Freon/refrigeration equipment in the container. - Do not place tires in the container. - Do not place lamps containing mercury in the container.
