Rev Up! with Studio 55 Cardio & Strength Training
Try the Studio 55 Arlington Fitness Studio for your workout. Use treadmills, stationary bicycles, recumbent bike, elliptical exercisers, rowing machine or the Nu-Step to improve stamina and strengthen your cardiovascular system. Guided by instructor Mark Rechsteiner (MA, Exercise Physiology) or evening Recreation Program Leader Chris Stimmel, develop a plan for revving up your heart and lungs. Use our functional trainer, weight-lifting machines, dumbbells and more to help fight osteoporosis, preserve bones and keep muscles strong. To participate, you must complete a health questionnaire and may need your physician’s approval. Call or stop by the center for required forms. You may start working out at any time once forms are complete. Start today - your first visit is FREE!

Meditative Movement
Meditative Movement combines a fun mix of slow Eastern movement and traditional Western exercise. The objective is to keep moving and enjoy! Instructor: Debra Weisenburger Lipetz.

Chi Lel Qigong/Tai Chi
Join us for a revitalizing and relaxing class. Rejuvenate your health and increase your vitality with these easy movements. Chi Lel Qigong consists of an enjoyable series of slow movements with emphasis upon mild exercise, visualization and affirmation. Meet Matt-Your Personal Trainer
Did you ever wish you could have a personal trainer to help you with your fitness goals? Matt Lodgson encourages you to try for a little bit more, puts variety in your workout and helps you discover movement that is safe and effective for your body. Matt is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), Synergy Fitness Certified Personal Trainer, and Ohio Natural Bodybuilding Federation (ONBF) competitor. Your one-hour class is limited to 12 participants. Get the personal attention you deserve.
