Kind CallKind CallKind Call is a free telephone check-in program for Upper Arlington residents. Once enrolled, a computer will call a residence at prearranged days/times. If the resident does not answer the phone, the computer will then call a pre-designated “key holder” (a relative or neighbor) who has access to the residence, notifying him/her to check on the individual concerned. Should the key holder fail to answer the computer’s call, Upper Arlington police and paramedics will be dispatched to the home.
