Welcome Spring! It’s time for renewal of warmer weather, blooming plants and gardens being prepared for summer growth. The Upper Arlington Senior Center can be a source of renewal for you through our wide variety of activities and services.

Stop in the center and renew your 2008 membership in the Upper Arlington Senior Association. Review this issue of Center Stage, our quarterly program brochure and choose the activities that will refresh your mind, body and spirit.

Spring into life by making plans to do something extra special for yourself. At the Senior Center there are volunteer opportunities, new friends to meet, learning experiences and much fun to be had by participating in programs or travel.

Did you know we play four types of volleyball? Join the bocce players coming out of winter hibernation to return to the courts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Team up with men’s golf group for a great season of events at various courses. Love softball? The Silver Bears Softball Team returns to their field of dreams at Fancyburg Park.

Discover your inner artist through watercolor, stained glass, handicrafts, woodcarvings and quilting projects. Your work can be submitted to the annual Creative Arts Events competition in May.

Studio 55 and all the dance and fitness classes are enjoying the camaraderie of peers while moving their bodies for good health.
