Tips for Purchasing a Pool Pass, Tennis Pass or Swim LessonThe City of Upper Arlington is please to offer the convenient service of online regsitration for our summer recreation passes. Passes purchased online may be picked-up at our office beginning March 3, 2008. We offer the following types of passes: Junior - Individual pass for participants ages 3 to 23. Children under three years of age do not require a pass. Adult - Individual pass for participants ages 24 and older Family of 2 - Family pass for up to two adults and/or their dependent children. Children under three years of age do not require a pass. Both adults must live at the same address. Family of 3 or 4 - Family pass for up to two adults and/or their dependent children. Children under three years of age do not require a pass. Both adults must live at the same address. Family of 5 & up - Family pass for up to two adults and/or their dependent children. Children under three years of age do not require a pass. Both adults must live at the same address. One Senior - Individual pass for participants ages 60 and older Two Seniors - Family pass for participants ages 60 and older. Both passholders must live at the same address. Guest Pass - Individual pass offered for pool facilities that must be purchased by a passholder. The passholder must accompany the guest. Allows a total of 20 guest visits to Devon Pool or Tremont Pool or 10 visits to Reed Road Water Park. Good only for the 2006 season. Prior to entering the registration software, please review the various passes available listed below and record the pass code for the type of pass you wish to purchase. If you are purchasing a family pass, you must issue the main pass to the primary pass holder and place it in your shopping cart. You should then issue a free family member pass to each family member. Our clerks will review your receipt to ensure that the appropriate number of free passes a have been issued prior to processing your order. A valid pool pass is required for registration in swim lessons. The software does not allow you to purchase swim lessons for a family member without having a pool pass for that family member. You must first place your pool passes in the shopping cart and then process the swim lessons. Swim lessons are limited to one class per person. Joe would first purchase pass code CRFAM4 for a combined pool and tennis pass for a family of 3 or 4. He would then purchase pass code C-FREE for the remaining family members. Once the passes are purchased, he can process swim lessons for the children.
