Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
1. What do I need to use WebTrac? You will need your User Name and Password to log in and either Visa or Master Card.
2. How do I get a User Name and Password? Call the Upper Arlington Parks and Recreation Department Online Registration Hotline at 614-583-5300 to request this information. You should be prepared to provide your mailing address, email address, home phone, work phone and the name and birth date for each family member in your household. Any errors in your household data may prevent you from registering.
3. What if I don't have or don't want to use a credit card? You may register at the City of Upper Arlington Parks & Recreation office with a cash or check payment or by mail with a check.
4. Can I use a gift certificate or credit voucher? Gift certificates and credit vouchers may be redeemed by phone, by mail or in person. When registering online, you must use a MasterCard or Visa.
5. Can I pay for part of the class or membership now and part later? When using WebTrac, you will need to pay your entire account balance at the time of registration.
6. Why can't I register for the program I want? Not every program or pass we offer is available for online registration. You may print registration forms from our website and mail them to our office. Click here for registration forms. For youth recreation registrations, all participants must have a valid RecWaiver on file in order to register in programs. The RecWaiver must be submitted to our office, in person or by mail, prior to the first online registration. Click here to print this annual form.
7. I decided to not register for a program. How do I make sure my account hasn't been charged? Your registration is only complete after you complete the check out process. If you choose to disconnect before receiving a verification message, your transaction will be automatically deleted.
8. Why didn't I receive a receipt? Receipts are generated as PDF files; therefore you must have Adobe Reader version 6.0 or higher installed on your computer. After completing your registration, you are given the option of displaying the receipt on your computer screen. This is the most reliable way to obtain you receipt, so we strongly suggest you choose this option. A copy of your receipt is also emailed to the address in your file and a message appears on your screen to confirm the email was sent. Some customers have experienced difficulty receiving the receipt email due to security software and filters on their system. You may reprint receipts from the Account Services portion of the registration software.
9.How do I cancel a registration, once I have been through the check out? All cancellations must be made in person or by phone. Please call or visit the appropriate division of Parks & Recreation to process the cancellation.
10. Is my transaction secure? The City of Upper Arlington uses the latest in online payment security. This site is protected using 128-bit encryption for financial transactions.
