Youth Swim Lessons
The swimming lesson program is limited to ages four years and older, available only to families who have purchased a summer pool pass. The UA Swimming Pools staff does not pre-test for swimming lessons. Due to enrollment limitations, children are not transferred to another level if they are placed in an inappropriate class level.

Four, two-week sessions are offered. Classes are 45 minutes daily, and held Monday through Friday. Classes are limited to 10 participants each and fill quickly, therefore you are asked to prioritize your top three choices on your registration form. You may register for swim lessons by mail or online beginning Friday, March 30 or in person at the Parks and Recreation Office beginning Monday, April 2. Initial class registration is limited to one session per child.

Registration is available by mail, in person or online through 5 pm, Thursday, June 7. Beginning Saturday, June 9, swim lesson registrations are only taken at the pool facilities. At this time, you may sign up at the pools for additional lessons, if they are still available.

Class notification accompanies your season passes. If we cannot accommodate any of your requests, you will be notified by telephone and given a full refund for the class.
