Renovations and Long-Term Plans2003 Visioning Process | Long-Term Plans | Reed Road Water ParkAfter assuming ownership of the Upper Arlington pools from a Schools Trust in 2003, the City embarked on a visioning process to encourage community input in the evolution of our three pools. The resulting Hastings Pool renovation project began in earnest in 2004, with demolition and new construction occurring over the fall, winter and spring of 2004 and 2005. The new Reed Road Water Park opened with great success June 4, 2006.
