The City of Upper Arlington Parks & Recreation Department has streamlined its summer Swimming Pools and Northam Park Tennis programs into one convenient registration form. 2008 Printable Pool/Tennis Registration Form

Registration Options
Online
Begins Monday, March 3. You must be pre-registered for online purchases. Please call 583-5300 to receive your user name and password if you do not already have one. Click here for online registration. Passes purchased online, may be picked-up on the second business day after purchase. Passes can be picked up at the Parks and Recreation Office prior to May 24. On or After May 24 passes can be picked up at the pool of your choice or at the Parks and Recreation Office from 8a.m. - 5p.m. on weekdays. You will be prompted during your online transaction to select a pick-up site. Please review the hours of operation for each pool before making your selection. Please note that passes will not be mailed out.

By Mail
Begins Monday, March 3. Complete the 2008 Registration Form attach check in the correct amount made payable to the City of Upper Arlington or use MasterCard or Visa. Passes can be picked up at the Parks and Recreation Office prior to May 24. On or After May 24 passes can be picked up at the pool of your choice or at the Parks and Recreation Office from 8a.m. - 5p.m. on weekdays. You will be prompted during your online transaction to select a pick-up site. Please review the hours of operation for each pool before making your selection. Please note that passes will not be mailed out.

Office hours are 8am to 5pm weekdays. An overnight drop-box is available in the parking lot behind the Municipal Services Center.

Special Saturday office hours on March 29, April 19, April 26, May 17, and May 24 - 10am-4pm.
