*Mental Mindset: Sports Visualization
with Chel Hamilton, CHt
Try some legal performance enhancement. If you participate in any sport, golf, tennis or even kickboxing, this is a workshop you won’t want to miss. Players know that half the battle of excelling in sports is often in their minds and that the stronger their mental game, the better their actual game. Sports psychology and medical studies have shown that athletes who use visualization training improve their performance dramatically over those who have not. In just three hours learn and practice a variety of self-hypnosis techniques that allow you to step into the “zone” more easily and effortlessly than ever before. You are also guided through some very powerful sports visualization techniques by Master Hypnotist Chel Hamilton – techniques world-class athletes have used to improve their game without even stepping onto the field. High school students are welcome to enroll.

Get familiar with the rules of the game including how to log onto the Web and search for cache coordinates, how to pinpoint caches with your GPS and how to record your findings.
