Amy Overmyer is a fluent speaker of French and has an MA in French from The Ohio State University. Her areas of interest are French culture and language. She spent a year studying language in Nice, France (1994-95) and a summer at Laval University in Quebec (2003). She was trained in communicative language teaching and taught college level French for two years at Ohio State University. She has been with the Lifelong Learning Program since the winter session of 2004.
