Several years ago a stressful job sent Daron searching for a yoga class. He was fortunate to find a yoga instructor who emphasized meditation as an important component of the discipline. Eventually his curiosity led him to a silent meditation retreat, which provided the momentum for establishing a consistent daily practice. The next year he came across an approach which involved exploring and developing attentiveness to various aspects of normal sensory experience and has attended ten-day retreats each year since then.
