Judy Shirck has been teaching cooking classes since 1993 and has produced three cookbooks. She has a home-based business as a personal chef and enjoys making people smile with every bite of food they experience in her classes. Judy is a graduate of Stephens College and has done some post-graduate work at the Ohio State University. She is a certified paralegal and is currently working in the medical and legal fields.
