Pradip Ramachandran, a native of India, developed a passion for cooking at a very early age. He graduated with honors from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in India and also holds advanced diplomas in Specialized Hotel Management and Teacher’s training. He has over 14 years of experience in the hotel industry and has held various positions in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels. Pradip has also worked as a Consultant and was instrumental in setting up a chain of ethnic food restaurants in India. Pradip was also an Instructor/Lecturer at the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. He is currently a guest instructor at the Culinary Academy of Columbus State Community College, Lazarus Cooking School, Jungle Jims, Sur la Table, Cooks Wares and Ohio Herb Education Center.
