Meg Kelley is a registered nurse and has been teaching aerobics for almost 20 years. She decided that she needed to get back in shape after the birth of her second child and started taking aerobics. Meg enjoyed the idea of scheduled exercise and began teaching as a way to ensure that she kept up with it. She is a personal coach and trainer for Columbus Fitness Consultants. She enjoys the performance part of aerobics and often sings along with her workouts.
