Barbara Winter is a Las Vegas-based teacher, writer, business owner, entrepreneur and self-employment advocate. After working as a teacher, employment counselor and interior designer, she decided to test her own ideas and strike out on her own. She has been joyfully jobless since 1974. She travels throughout the country presenting seminars, three of which she will give in our current quarter. She is the editor of Winning Ways newsletter and author of Making a Living Without a Job, Jumpstart Your Entrepreneurial Spirit and an expert on creative self-employment.
