Upper Arlington Tree CommissionThe Upper Arlington Tree Commission is a group of seven residents appointed by the President of Council. The commission's purpose is to advise council on urban forestry issues, to educate residents and to work with professional staff in support of a comprehensive municipal forestry program. The commission also hears resident appeals. Members serve four-year terms, and meetings are monthly on the first Tuesday of the month.Members Steven G. Bock, Connie Frecker, Joseph M.
