The Upper Arlington Garden Council
The Upper Arlington Garden Council is a committee of the various Garden Clubs in Upper Arlington. Most of the Garden Clubs, Twin Rivers, Serendipity, and Four Seasons are equally represented. We act as a liaison between the clubs and the City and serve the community in which we live. We have a partnership with Upper Arlington’s Parks & Forestry Division Horticulturist, Lisa Huddy to plan for the maintenance and design of each clubs site projects. We strive to educate the community and highlight many of the spectacular gardens in the area.
