Upper Arlington Community Orchestra
The ensemble was formed in 1965 as the Northwest Civic Orchestra and changed its name to the Upper Arlington Civic Orchestra when it moved to Upper Arlington. Upon becoming a non-profit organization the name became the Upper Arlington Community Orchestra. The 70-member ensemble of volunteers cover a wide spectrum of ages and professions and come from all over central Ohio. The UACO regularly collaborates with other arts organizations and shares its stage with professional and student soloists. The orchestra has premiered several works. Three full concerts a year are currently presented in the sanctuary of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Upper Arlington. A primary source of support comes from dues paying members and private donations. Support is also enjoyed from Covenant Presbyterian Church, the Cultural Arts Commission of Upper Arlington, Upper Arlington Friends of the Arts,The Columbus Foundation and several local corporations. Upper Arlington Photographic Society
The U. A. Photographic Society members submit photographs for exhibits in galleries. The Society also has meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm in the U.A. Municipal Building. The meetings are a time for the members to share photographic techniques, to ask questions, to share travel experiences and to take field trips to special exhibits. Persons interested in exhibiting photographs, and discussing photographic techniques are encouraged to join. For additional information, contact Frank Himes (614-457-1436).

Columbus Arts Marketing Association
Founded in 1987, CAMA is a professional development and networking association that cooperatively markets and promotes the arts and culture in Greater Columbus.

The ColumbusArts Card program is a partnership between the Greater Columbus Arts Council and the Columbus Arts Marketing Association. Anyone under 40 can join the ColumbusArts Card program for $40 per year, with the chance to receive over $1,300 in discounts. Members receive a card that allows them to access the discounts. GCAC will also send members a weekly e-mail letting them know about new and upcoming discount opportunities.

Greater Columbus Arts Council
The Greater Columbus Arts Council (GCAC), a not-for-profit organization, encourages and supports cultural development in the Greater Columbus area. In this capacity, GCAC provides technical services to artists and arts organizations, acts as the community's voice on arts advocacy issues, and serves as the official agency for the City of Columbus grants for the arts. GCAC administers the Columbus Arts Festival, the Business Arts Partnership program, and the Community Arts Education program, which consists of Artists-in-Schools and Children of the Future, a public safety project targeted to youth ages 5-14.

Keep Franklin County Beautiful Waste Not Center
Keep Franklin County Beautiful (KFCB) is a small environmental non-profit organization working to promote recycling and litter awareness in Franklin County. KFCB is a certified Keep America Beautiful affiliate. The Waste Not Center was created to help artists and teachers find useful materials that businesses have donated.




Worthington Arts Council
The Worthington Arts Council exists to encourage, provide, and support arts and cultural activities and groups in our community. For over 26 years the Arts Council has been working to directly impact the activities of other local arts organizations, artists, and students of the arts.
