GAME BALLS: Will Be provided by the Upper Arlington Parks & Recreation Department UPPER ARLINGTON PARKS AND RECREATION SOFTBALL HOTLINE (583-5345). RECORDED MESSAGE INCLUDES INFORMATION REGARDING CITY SOFTBALL LEAGUES. THIS INCLUDES FIELD CONDITIONS, GAME POSTPONEMENTS, REGISTRATION DEADLINES, ETC. INFORMATION IS UPDATED BY 4:00 P.M. WEEKDAYS. Except where league rules differ, Amateur Softball Association (ASA) rules will govern play. League Supervisor will determine any situation not covered in rules. Game umpire will settle any on-field disputes after the first pitch is thrown until the last out is made, or game is suspended. Your cooperation in ensuring that facilities receive their proper care and use is appreciated. Be considerate of other park users and neighbors by keeping parks free of litter and foul language. All players and spectators are reminded that League Rules and City Ordinance strictly prohibit the use, consumption, carrying or bring of any alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs in or upon any park or open space. Any such violation before, during or after games will result in permanent suspension for teams and fines. Dogs (pets) brought to games must be leashed, under control, and cleaned up after. Dogs may not be tied to fences, benches, bleachers, etc., or permitted to run loose.
