ITEMS CARRIED OVER FROM THE OCTOBER 1, 2007 COUNCIL CONFERENCE 1. Proposed Legislation – [First Reading – Emergency Clause] – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter Into an Agreement with AT&T and VisionAir, Inc. for Necessary Components to Upgrade the 9-1-1 System for the Safety Divisions H.
