Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Renew the Contract with Northam Park Tennis Pro Michael Haddow to Provide Tennis Services for the Parks and Recreation Department 5. Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter Into Contract for Professional Engineering Design Services in Relation to the Lyon Drive/Windham Road 2008 Street Reconstruction Projects F. LEGISLATION 1. Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter into Contract for the Renewal of the City’s Group Life and Long Term Disability Insurance 3. Proposed Legislation – To Consider a Cable/Video Provider Franchise Fee Ordinance 4. Proposed Legislation – Amendments to Conform with the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS) Requirements H. EXECUTIVE SESSION – PERSONNEL MATTERS (a) Motion to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing performance as it relates to compensation of contract employees (b) Vote to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing performance as it relates to compensation of contract employees I.
