1. Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter into an Economic Development Incentive Agreement with National Church Residences, Inc. for a Large Business Loan/Grant from the City’s Economic Development Fund

2. Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter into Contract for the Renewal of the City’s Group Life and Long Term Disability Insurance

3. Proposed Legislation – To Consider a Cable/Video Provider Franchise Fee Ordinance

4. Proposed Legislation – Amendments to Conform with the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS) Requirements


H. EXECUTIVE SESSION – PERSONNEL MATTERS

(a) Motion to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing performance as it relates to compensation of contract employees
