Proposed Legislation - 2008-2009 Street Maintenance Project for the Lyon Drive/Windham Road Project LEGISLATION 7. Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter into an Economic Development Incentive Agreement with National Church Residences, Inc. for a Large Business Loan/Grant from the City’s Economic Development Fund 8. Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter into Contract for the Renewal of the City’s Group Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) and Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance 9. Proposed Legislation – To Consider a Cable/Video Provider Franchise Fee Ordinance 10.
