Kelleher and Associates, Inc. for Electrical Inspection Services for the Department of Development 6. Proposed Legislation – Directing the Certification to the County Auditor of the Expense for Removing Litter on Private Property 7. Proposed Legislation – Directing the Certification to the County Auditor of the Expense for Cutting Weeds on Private Property LEGISLATION 8. Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter Into an Economic Development Incentive Agreement with Tech Resources, Inc. and Tri Questline Group, LLC for a Large Business Loan/Grant from the City’s Economic Development Fund 9. Proposed Legislation – Authorizing the Use of a Portion of the Proceeds of Bonds or Bond Anticipation Notes of the City, in the Principal Amount of Not-To-Exceed $10,000,000.00 to Be Issued for the Purpose of Renovating, Reconstructing, Improving, Furnishing and Equipping the Reed Road Fire Station, and Water, Sewer, and Street Reconstruction Projects, and Other Public Improvement Projects With Related Facilities, Site Improvements and Appurtenances, Thereto, Reimbursing the City’s General or Permanent Improvement Fund for Monies Previously Advanced for Such Purpose 10.
