2. Ordinance No. 101-2007 – [Third Reading – Thirty-Day Clause] – To Amend C.O. § 155.14 Retirement – Regarding the City’s Pick-Up Contributions to Ohio Public Employee Retirement System (OPERS) and Police and Fire Pension Fund (P/FPF), Relative to the Administrative Code (Mary Ann Krauss)

3. Resolution No. 17-2007 – [Second Reading – Thirty-Day Clause] - Authorizing the Use of a Portion of the Proceeds of Bonds or Bond Anticipation Notes of the City, in the Principal Amount of Not-To-Exceed $10,000,000.00 to Be Issued for the Purpose of Renovating, Reconstructing, Improving, Furnishing and Equipping the Reed Road Fire Station with Related Facilities, Site Improvements and Appurtenances; Water, Sewer, and Street Reconstruction Projects; And Other Related Public Improvement Projects to Reimburse the City’s General or Permanent Improvement Fund for Monies Previously Advanced for Such Purpose (Donald Leach)

4. Ordinance No. 105-2007 – [Second Reading – Emergency Clause] – To Authorize the Issuance of Notes in the Amount of Not to Exceed $3,972,000 in Anticipation of the Issuance of Bonds for the Purpose of Paying Costs of Capital Projects and Public Infrastructure with Related Equipment and All Necessary Appurtenances thereto, Including But Not Limited To (I) Construction Resurfacing and Improvement of City Streets, Including Wheelchair Ramps, Curbing, Sidewalks and Utility Installations; (II) Construction and Installation of Water and Sewer Lines; (III) Construction and Improvement of Pools; and (IV) Acquisition and Construction of Various Other Capital Improvement Projects Throughout the City and Retiring Notes Previously Issued for Such Purposes (Timothy Rankin)
