Copeland, 1515 West Lane Avenue, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221, on behalf of the Paige Pickens Trust, to relocate a platted ten-foot easement in order to not hinder further development of the property located at 2368 Tremont Road, also known as Parcel Nos. 070-00993 and 070-000997.

Ordinance No. 59-2007 – [Second Reading – Thirty Day Clause] – To Grant the City Manager the Authority to Execute Amendments to the Amended Community Reinvestment Area Agreement with GOBO, Ltd., Horizons Video and Film, Inc., Professional Planning Consultants, Inc., and PPC/GOBO Investment Partners, LLC (Timothy Rankin)


8. Ordinance No. 60-2007 – [Second Reading – Thirty Day Clause] – To Grant the City Manager the Authority to Execute Amendments to the Assignment Agreement with Dogwood Enterprises, LP (Wade Steen)

9. Ordinance No. 61-2007 – [Second Reading – Thirty Day Clause] – To Grant the City Manager the Authority to Execute Amendments to the Assignment and Assumption Agreement with G & B Ventures, LLC (Linda Mauger)
