Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the Expenditures to the Upper Arlington Board of Education for the Rental of School Facilities for the Parks and Recreation Department LEGISLATION 6. Proposed Legislation – To Authorize an Expenditure to Northwest Counseling Services for Funding Support for 2008 7. Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter into an Economic Development Incentive Agreement with Central Ohio Behavioral Medicine, Inc. for a Large Business Loan/Grant from the City’s Economic Development Fund 8. Proposed Legislation – Declaring it Necessary to Install Curbs and Gutters on Lyon Drive Between McCoy Road and 165 feet South of Marysue Lane To Be Paid By Special Assessment 9. Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter into Contract for Construction Services for the Kioka/Ramsgate Waterline Project for the Engineering Services Division 10. Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter into Contract for Design Professional Services for Sunny 95 Park for the Parks and Recreation Department 11.
