Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Enter Into Contract for Exterior Masonry Maintenance on the Station 73 Firehouse for the Fire Department 6. Proposed Legislation – To Amend C.O. §§355.03 – Wrongful Entrustment of Motor Vehicle; 355.05 – Driving Under Suspension or in Violation of License Restriction; 355.13 – Driving Under Financial Responsibility Law Suspension or Cancellation 7. Proposed Legislation – To Authorize the City Manager to Renew the Contract with Wells Fargo for Consulting Services for the Employee Benefits Program 8.
