The Board of Zoning and Planning of Upper Arlington, Ohio welcomes all comments from the audience related to items on this agenda. Groups of residents who are interested in the same agenda items are encouraged to select a spokesperson for the purpose of addressing the Board. If you wish to participate in the open discussion of a particular item, please stand, be verbally recognized by the Chairman, state your name and address for the purpose of our records, be sworn in, and make your comments. Upon request to the City Clerk's office, special accommodations (i.e. interpreting services, audio recording, etc.) for persons with disabilities will be arranged for any City meeting open to the public. Request of Architect Steven R. Copeland, on behalf of property owners, to permit the construction of a new driveway which will be closer than six feet to the adjacent driveway.

Request to permit a seven foot encroachment into the 17-foot side yard setback required where the side elevation of the structures exceeds 40 feet.

Request to permit the construction of a second story room addition that will encroach
8.1' into the required 27.6' average rear yard setback. Approved.
Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Devettori 2853 Canterbury Lane
Request to permit the construction of a second story addition that will be closer than ten
feet to the principal structure. Approved.
Central Ohio Medical Bldg. 4030 Henderson Road
Request of Mr. Jeff Boll, on behalf of property owners, to permit the installation of a free-
standing sign 8'-6" from the expanded Henderson Road right-of-way, in lieu of the 15' dimension required. Approved with three conditions.

Arlington Court Nursing & Rehab 1605 NW Prof Plaza
Request of Mr. Al Vrable and Mr. James Merrill to permit the construction of a single-story patient care addition that will encroach ten feet into the minimum 30' rear yard setback. Approved with two variances and six conditions.
