The Board of Zoning and Planning of Upper Arlington, Ohio welcomes all comments from the audience related to items on this agenda. Groups of residents who are interested in the same agenda items are encouraged to select a spokesperson for the purpose of addressing the Board. If you wish to participate in the open discussion of a particular item, please stand, be verbally recognized by the Chairman, state your name and address for the purpose of our records, be sworn in, and make your comments. Upon request to the City Clerk's office, special accommodations (i.e. interpreting services, audio recording, etc.) for persons with disabilities will be arranged for any City meeting open to the public. Review and approval of the June 4, 2007 Work Session and May 21, 2007 BZAP minutes and other reports and minutes. Approved as submitted (7-0).
II. Variances/Conditional Uses
Mr. and Mrs. Todd Auch 1905 Tewksbury Road
Request of Architect Gary Alexander, on behalf of property owners, to permit the construction of a new garage and mudroom which will project into the 1.6 rear profile coefficient established for this zoning district. Approved (7-0).
Mr. and Mrs. Sean Martin 1807 Baldridge Road
Request of M.E. Whittaker Builders Inc., on behalf of property owners, to permit the
construction of a screened porch addition which will be 4.7' from the existing detached garage, in lieu of the 10' minimum distance required. Approved with 4 conditions (6-1).
Mr. Scott A. Campbell 1867 Berkshire Road
Request to permit the construction of a new front entry porch that will project six feet into
the front yard setback, and which will be nine feet wide, in lieu of the four-foot projection
and eight-foot width permitted. Approved (7-0).
