Board of Zoning & Planning MeetingMonday, July 16, 2007The Board of Zoning and Planning of Upper Arlington, Ohio welcomes all comments from the audience related to items on this agenda. Administrative Dr. Mark Bernsdorf 1094 Highland Drive Appeal of the Code Compliance Officer's decision to require that an unscreened recreational vehicle comply with UDO Article 6.09(D)7: Parking of Recreational Vehicles, Watercraft, and Recreational Trailers on Private Property. Upheld Code Compliance Officer's decision. III. Development/Site Plans Tremont Place 3219 Tremont Road Review and approval of a request by Mr. Dave Rhodehamel and J.L. Bender, Inc., for a comprehensive graphics plan for this mixed-use development (formerly known as Shoppes on Tremont). Approved revised graphics plan with conditions. IV. Variances/Conditional Uses UA Board of Education 1650 Ridgeview Road Request of UAHS Athletic Director Chris Potts and Mr. Brian McClain, UA Football Captain's Parents, to permit the construction of an accessory storage structure for football equipment which will result in more than one accessory structure of this type on the site. Approved with condition. V. Adjournment BZAP Work Session August 6, 2007 7:00 Council Chamber Municipal Services Center, 3600 Tremont Road This meeting will be held to review proposals for information and feedback prior to the filing of a formal application with the Director of Development, or for items that the Board has tabled for additional information. This meeting is open to the public. Agendas will not be published prior to the meeting dates, given the short time frame and informal nature of this meeting.
