Variances/Conditional Uses Thomas and Ellen Makris 1960 Bedford Road Request to permit the construction of a room addition which will encroach 17.75' into the 32.75' required rear yard setback. (See companion rear profile request.) Postponed to September Work Session and BZAP meetings. Thomas and Ellen Makris 1960 Bedford Road Request to permit the construction of a two-story addition that will project into the 1.6 rear profile coefficient established for this zoning district. (See companion rear yard request.) Postponed to September Work Session and BZAP meetings. Greg and Val Camillo 2239 Onandaga Drive Request to permit the construction of an 8'-6" high stone and stucco wall in the rear yard of this property. Postponed to September BZAP meeting. Mr. & Mrs. Michael L. Hackett 2866 Mountview Road Request to permit the construction of a two-story room addition that will encroach four feet into the ten-foot required side yard setback. Approved with condition. Mr. William Sanders 1830 Chatfield Road Request to permit the installation of a six-foot high privacy fence that will be located 20' forward of the platted 40' Northwest Blvd. front yard setback line. Defeated. III. Development/Site Plans Sunset Park LLC 3503 Sunset Drive Review and approval of a request by ProSign and Graphics, on behalf of the property owner, for a comprehensive graphics plan for this condominium development named Sunset Park Condominiums. Approved. IV. Adjournment BZAP Work Session Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at 7:00 Council Chamber Municipal Services Center, 3600 Tremont Road This meeting will be held to review proposals for information and feedback prior to the filing of a formal application with the Director of Development, or for items that the Board has tabled for additional information. This meeting is open to the public. Agendas will not be published prior to the meeting dates, given the short time frame and informal nature of this meeting.
