This section highlights various of the City's annual or one-time special events. The blue links listed above provide links to more detailed information on each of the following:

Community Event Calendar - while not a complete list, this calendar provides an outline of the many City- and community-sponsored events that take place in Upper Arlington each year.

Fall Fest - An annual family event held each October, featuring inflatable games, fun family contests, cornhole tournaments, pumpkin carving, apple bobbing, refreshments and more. Hosted by the City's Recreation Division.

Farmer's Market - held every Wednesday afternoon, rain or shine, at the Mallway in Old Arlington from mid-July through the end of October each year. The Farmer's Market features the finest Ohio-grown produce, sold directly from the farmer to you.

Holiday Events - Check here for information on the Community Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony, the Upper Arlington Winter Festival and Brunch with Santa.

Labor Day Arts Festival - Recognized as one of the country's premier one-day arts festivals, the Upper Arlington Labor Day Arts Festival is in its fourth decade. Held on the Monday of each Labor Day weekend, more than 190 artists exhibit and sell their work in a variety of media. In addition, patrons can enjoy musical entertainment, delicious refreshments, a hands-on arts activities area, silent auction and more.

Movie in the Park - a recent addition to Upper Arlington's calendar of events, bring a lawn chair, blanket and snacks, and to enjoy Friday-night movie watching in the great outdoors.

Music in the Parks - a free summer concert series that takes place in various Upper Arlington parks on Thursday evenings. Hosted by the City's Cultural Arts Division.

Spring Fling - The annual Spring Fling event is great family fun, offering activities for the young and the young at heart. Presented by the City's Parks & Recreation Department.

State of the City Address - Upper Arlington's annual presentation to the community by the City Manager, providing an overview of the past year's achievements and looking forward to future programs and projects. Held at the end of each January, the State of the City Address includes a Community Fair and the annual Community Awards Program.

Summer Celebration - An annual family event held each July, featuring musical entertainment, all sorts of games and rides for youth, face painting, clowns and much more. Hosted by the City's Recreation Division.

Superfun Sunday - An annual family event held each March to cure the winter blues. Inflatable games, carnival games and various activities promise an afternoon of adventure for children ages 3–14. Sponsored by the City's Parks & Recreation Department and the Upper Arlington Youth & Family Council.
