The three volumes of the Master Plan document are available here in pdf format (click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader). Hard copies of the Master Plan can be purchased from the Department of Development at a cost of $25 per volume ($75 for the entire set). Reference copies are available at the City Municipal Building, 3600 Tremont Road, the Upper Arlington Area Chamber of Commerce and Upper Arlington Library.
