The following is a guideline of Sponsorship opportunities for the 2008 Labor Day Arts Festival: Presenting Sponsor $15,000.00 Industry-Exclusive Sponsorship for event The Upper Arlington Labor Day Arts Festival presented by _____________ Name/logo in Festival program (Special section, 27,000 copies distributed to UA and Grandview, plus 5,000 overrun for day-of Festival) Name included in media releases Logo and link to sponsor Web site included on Festival Web site, (effective beginning of May, 2008), Roadrunner Cable bulletin board, logo included on promotional postcard and poster and in advertisements Name in Fall Cultural Arts Division newsletter (4,000 distribution), City Insight Newsletter Summer edition (15,000 distribution) Sponsor may provide up to two banners to be used onsite in designated area for promotional purposes On site booth space (10 x 10 tent, table and 2 chairs can be provided upon request) sponsor to confirm that it will make use of this option by August 15 Six Festival t-shirts designed by a local artist VIP parking passes Festival Artist Sponsor $10,000.00 Name/logo in Festival program (Special section, 27,000 copies distributed to UA and Grandview, plus 7,000 overrun for day-of Festival) Name included in media releases and artists mailings Logo and link to sponsor Web site included on Festival Web site (effective beginning of May, 2008) Name and logo on artist awards, Sponsor could elect to present the awards to the artists Name in Fall Cultural Arts Division newsletter (4,000 distribution) Sponsor may provide up to two banners to be used onsite
