- Economic Development, Community Affairs, Human Resources, and Information Technology fall under the City Manager's Office.
- Engineering, Utility, Streets & Traffic, Solid Waste, and Fleet Maintenance fall under the Public Services Department.
- Building Inspection, Code Compliance and Planning fall under the Development Department.
- Cultural Arts, LifeLong Learning & Leisure, Recreation, and Parks & Forestry fall under the Parks & Recreation Department.
