City Charter
The Upper Arlington Charter was enacted in 1919. Several amendments have been made to this document over the years, including a comprehensive review and revision by the 1997-1998 Charter Review Commission with electoral approval November 1998 and subsequent adoption.
The Citys Charter forms the foundation upon which the City is governed.
